College and Career Advisor: Introduction

Hello! My name is Darian Chambers and I am the College and Career Adviser here at Estrella High School. Professionally, I have five years of professional experience with providing support and resources to underserved/underrepresented populations centered around higher education and career planning. 

Following high school seemingly abrupt ending, I enrolled in Estrella Mountain Community College where, after some switching of my major, I obtained my Associates of Arts in Psychology and transferred to Arizona State University - West and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. As a first generation college student, I have experienced a lot of the same obstacles and roadblocks that our student population faces in pursuing higher education. For this reason, I am very excited to be a part of the EHS community and have a hand in supporting our students!
